Pastors

Senior Minster Leo Stossich
Kingborough Family Church was planted in 1992 by Pastor Leo and Rosemary Stossich, together with a team of eight people.  Leo Stossich in his role of Senior Minister has a ‘leadership’ function in the assembly, providing vision, direction, inspiration and motivation.

Oversight  -  Elders

The Elders provide the overall oversight and management of the assembly, and is also concerned with the teaching and shepherding of the whole congregation.
The eldership has a ‘government’ function, providing diversity, wisdom, balance and constraint. Because the elders are committed to one person’s leadership and are moving together to serve God, then the overall vision, objectives and direction are molded by their collective wisdom and spiritual insight. And because the eldership are one in desiring to please God, and in their understanding of one another, the senior minister is able to make decisions and know that he is functioning with the full support of his leadership team.

The Diaconate is responsible to serve the church in areas assigned to them by the eldership, and includes property management, administration, welfare and various church departments. The Care and Support Team assist the Diaconate particularly in the areas of welfare (support), and community development (care).
